Yes — we prorate to your start month and align your first visit to the most pressing seasonal pest risk. No waiting until January.
What if I already have an active infestation?+
We treat the existing problem first (quoted separately as a one-time treatment), then enroll you in a plan to prevent recurrence. Many plan customers started this way.
Are plans cancellable?+
Yes, anytime. Unused visits are pro-rated and credited. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. If you're not getting value, we don't expect you to stay.
What if pests return between plan visits?+
We come back and re-treat at no charge — every plan includes free re-treatments between scheduled visits with no expiry. Just call or text.
Do plans cover all pests?+
Protection and Total Cover plans include all common Ottawa pests. Wildlife exclusion is included in Total Cover and available as an add-on for Protection. Essential covers one targeted pest per year.
